This Final Friday, Essential Goods // Sparrow Gallery looks forward to presenting an exhibition of works by artist Erin Weiss. Join us opening night on Friday, April 27th from 6 to 10 pm for an opportunity to meet the artist and enjoy refreshments while viewing her collection!

I'm proud to announce that I will not only be an artist in this years MADE event but I will also be the event organizer. Each year MADE chooses a local non-profit organization to help fund and we have chosen The Rabbit Hole, the world's first explorastorium. MADE will be expanding from not only a holiday market but we have some fun things in the works for the future. Come by December 2nd and 3rd to CounterPoint, located in the Crossroads Arts District in Kansas City. We will have 27 local artists and makers selling their amazing and beautiful products for the holiday's.
I will be showing my work at The Wellness Wheel in North Kansas City for the month of November. Come by for their Third Friday Artistry Event from 7:00-9:00. There will be music by local singer songwriter Karla Bauer.
I'm excited to announce that I will have a tent at the Strawberry Swing Fall Pop-Up in October. I will be showing new pieces that I've been working on for several months along with some other fun items. The event will be held at The Shawnee Indian Mission’s 30th Annual Fall Festival, Saturday & Sunday, October 8th & 9th. The SIM’s Fall Festival features family friendly fun, crafts, entertainment like living history reenactors, Native American dance exhibitions, live music, pony rides, food trucks & vendors, and much more! Admission is free. Donations are welcome.
I am honored to announce that I have been one of the artists chosen for an upcoming juried show at Paper Birch Landing. A new artist-owned boutique gallery here in Kansas City. For a month after Valentine’s Day, Paper Birch Landing will host 20 pieces from selected artists, centered on the theme of Small Loves and what that means to them.
There will be a Reception Gala February 20th from 5:00 pm to 9:00 pm and Juror talk on selected artwork, February 21st at 5:00 pm.

I will be participating in the MADE event again this year. MADE 2015 will be held at Counter Point in the Crossroads Friday December 11 from 5-9 and Saturday December 12 from 10-5. There will be a lot of great artists again this year and proceeds will go to Wayside Waifs. More details to come!

I will be displaying my work at Mildred's Coffeehouse in the Crossroads the month of November. One of my very favorite spots in town. Be sure to stop by and grab a coffee and some great food.
My artwork will be covering the walls of Homer's Coffee House for the month of October. Located in historic downtown Overland Park, this establishment also has a live music on the weekends.
